Sending Laptop Information
 
We offer an excellent, quick and easy fitting service for those customers that don't want the anguish of fitting the replacement screen themselves. We have a couple of options available to make this task as simple as possible for you.
 
In Both cases you will need to download and print off the Work Request Form. Fill out the form and package it along with your laptop, this is essentail so we know who the laptop belongs to when it arrives with the many laptops we receive every day.  
 
We get our courier to collect from you, fit your replacement screen and then return it to you.
 
If you do not want to fit the new screen yourself we can arrange to have your laptop collected either from your home or work address and brought to us for the next day by our courier, with whom we have a very good relationship. All you are required to do to book this service is print off the Work Request Form. Package your laptop up safely for transport and then contact us by telephone to book the collection on 02476 444 770. Collection can be arranged for the next working day or a working day you state in the telephone conversation.

No money is requested upfront for this service only on completion of the work and when the laptop is ready to send back to you, again you can choose the day you want the laptop returning. Usual turnaround for this service is 3-4 days maximum, which includes 2 days of travelling to and from us.

This service is offered to you at the incredibly low cost of £49.95 including VAT, so the total cost of you sitting at home while your laptop is repaired is £49.95 + the price of your replacement screen and that is it, no hidden costs other than that stated.  
 
Sending your laptop to us yourself?
 
 For clients who wish to arrange postage of the laptop themselves, we highly recommend using Parcel2Go.com  They offer a collection & delivery service from as little as £8.99 with a fully trackable service within the UK Mainland. We do recommend you consider paying for extra insurance with them, as the console is your responsibilty until it arrives with us. How do we send it back to you?
We send your console back to you on the day the work has been completed and when payment for the job has been collected from you, using our courier for a charge of £10.00, we pay extra to insure your equipment for £1000.00 during this process to protect both us and you against loss, (never had one go missing so far though).
